TN3105 CRASHBARS

Like the previous 650, the new 1000 will also be used to hit the dirt and explore places that are normally inaccessible to most vehicles. To help protect the bike from any small drops/crashes we installed the Givi crashbars again (part # TN3105)

The Gic crashbars were great on the 650, and paid for themselves when FoxOrange had a small  crash on his Orange 650 (see here)

The Givi crashbars for the 1000 were easy to install. All hardware is included, and the instructions are easy step-by-step with easy to read diagrams. All up, around a 20 min install. Once installed they look great!

The TN3105 mount to the bike on each side at 3 points, and a 4th point connects the bars together just below the radiator. The main side point uses the OEM main through-bolt, and the other uses replacement bolts supplied by Givi. For additional support, additional brackets that Givi supply, are mounted to the top radiator mounts

Givi also provide plastic “bumpers” that look good, and act as a small protector.

Again, very happy with another great Givi accessory, that not only look great but will provide additional protection to the bike. Unlike some other crash bars available, these bars are a good mix of coverage without being too big and intrusive.
